go front and teleport on the blue thing... Then kill 20 moobs and the message "you can move to the next step only after defeating X of Elder Barto's Flowers"... then teleport and kill 20 more...teleport again and kill 20 more...then when you teleport again the quest will update ^^)
Talk to the guy who looks like a city teleporter, and he'll move you back to Elder Barton
